Active After School/Vacation Care

The After School Care/Vacation Care sessions are delivered by qualified Capoeira instructors, who are continually updating their skills to ensure a fun, safe and memorable session with the children. Our current coaches have all attained their child suitability card (blue card) and first aid certificates.

Our sessions are a fun and exciting introduction to Capoeira for children of all ages and levels of fitness. Our program is flexible and is adjusted to suit the age group and can include children with special needs.

We have a progressive program and at the end of our sessions children will have been taught how to play the basic Capoeira rhythm on the drum, sing simple Capoeira songs and play a basic game of Capoeira with their peers. Our sessions also include games using Capoeira moves designed to improve motor skills, balance, co-ordination and flexibiilty.
