Take Down Workshops

A series of 4 workshops over 2 weeks (Tues and Fri) developing basic to intermediate take down techniques and reversals in Capoeira.  Workshops will also focus on timing and development of speed and perception.

14th to 24th February on Tuesdays 6:30pm; Fridays 6:00pm (Capoeira Hall 17 Fleming Street)
