Matthew will design and develop an exercise program specific to your body type and lifestyle, allowing you to excel in your everyday life. He can also specifically design a program for the athlete who wants to take his performance to the next level. He understands what it takes and the hard work you must put in to improve and reach your full potential.
"A qualified personal trainer and Capoeira instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience, I have been involved with team sports (soccer and cricket) at a representative level for many years and have also trained boxing, jiu jitsu and gymnastics. I understand the hard work, dedication and motivation needed to achieve goals and to stay focussed and on top. Utilising my skills and experience in martial arts, sports and general knowledge I strive to give you the best training possible to help you to reach and attain your personal best. Using a combination of techniques and training methods I guarantee that you will never be bored with your training sessions.
